Manage and resolve all customer service complaints in a timely manner
Coordinate with clients and organize engineers for new machine installations.
Allocate service engineers based on priority and requirement.
Handle service team planning, monitoring, and work distribution.
Verify service reports, expense submissions, and update data in ERP
Prepare daily MIS reports for service complaints and machine erection progress.
Manage spares planning, sales, and coordination with the purchase team.
Schedule and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Follow up on payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Every Month Visit To Rabatex Surat office Regarding Engineers performance and Spare stock Verification and Update.
Communication with Purchase team and Vendor for Service Material update.
Ensure smooth communication between service team, clients, and internal departments.
Other Duties Perform given by Management and HOD .
