Job Summary
The Back Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating with dealers and distributors, maintaining sales records, tracking orders, managing stock reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the field sales team, customers, and management.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Sales Officers, Dealers, and Distributors on a daily basis.
Monitor sales orders, dispatches, and stock availability.
Prepare daily MIS, sales, and stock reports.
Follow up on dealer orders, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain customer, dealer, and sales records.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and management teams for smooth operations.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Skills: MS Excel, MIS Reporting, Sales Coordination, Communication & Follow-up Skills.
