Indianeers Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator – Skill Development to join our growing team. The role involves coordinating and supporting skill development projects aligned with NSDC, PMKVY, State Skill Missions, and CSR initiatives. The position focuses on project coordination, data accuracy, documentation, compliance, and field operations in a collaborative work environment with learning and growth opportunities.
Coordinate end-to-end implementation of NSDC / PMKVY / State Skill Mission skill development projects
Maintain and organize physical and digital project records, MIS, and trainee documentation
Monitor trainee mobilization, enrollment, attendance, training delivery, assessments, and certification
Supervise and coordinate with mobilizers, trainers, and center staff
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify inconsistencies in reports and MIS
Coordinate with internal teams, training partners, SSCs, Assessing Agencies, and stakeholders
Conduct center visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings
Support placement tracking, post-placement follow-ups, and documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive trainee and project data
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
(MSW / Rural Management / Social Sciences / Education / Agriculture preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in skill development projects (NSDC / PMKVY / State Skill Missions)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Working knowledge of Skill India portals, MIS systems, and scheme documentation
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling
Strong coordination, communication, and field management skills
Willingness to travel within Bhopal district and nearby project areas
