Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to join our team at Hoda Enterprises. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office tasks, maintaining records, and supporting smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and update data in spreadsheets and records

- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries

- Coordinate with service technicians and clients

- Maintain invoices, bills, and office documents

- Support day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)

- Good communication skills

- Organized and responsible attitude
