Key Responsibilities
Handle daily cash collection, cash records, and reconciliation.
Manage client payment receipts, follow-ups, and payment records.
Maintain employee attendance and daily attendance reports.
Coordinate and manage routine back-office operations.
Maintain office records, documents, invoices, and administrative data.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports as required.
Coordinate with employees, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Support day-to-day administrative activities and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and operational activities.
Handle other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in back-office, administration, accounts support, or cash handling will be preferred.
