Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to handle and maintain all data records related to the Manufacturing Department. The role involves entering, organizing, and updating daily production, stock, and delivery information accurately in the system.

Key Responsibilities

·         Maintain and update all data related to manufacturing operations.

·         Enter details of daily production, stock in/out, and item movement.

·         Prepare and manage Excel sheets or system entries for stock and materials.

·         Verify and cross-check data for accuracy.

·         Assist in generating daily and weekly reports.

·         Coordinate with the manufacturing and store teams for correct data input.

·         Keep all records well organized and easily accessible.

Key Requirements

·         Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, data entry software).

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Ability to manage data systematically.

·         Honest, punctual, and disciplined.

·         Good communication and coordination skills.

·         Basic understanding of manufacturing or stock processes (preferred).
