We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle day-to-day office duties efficiently.
Maintain and update company records, documents, and files
Prepare reports, summaries, and internal communication
Assist in handling emails, calls, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Manage office inventory and stationery records
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks (if required)
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred: Commerce Background)
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally) or CRM will be an added advantage
0–2 years (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply)
Based on skills and experience (Negotiable)
