Role: E-commerce Operations Assistant
Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team at Shaligram Tradelink Private Limited. This role is ideal for a candidate with basic computer knowledge who wants to manage the full lifecycle of an order—from the screen to the shipping label. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Daily monitoring of Amazon/Marketplace panels to download and process new orders.
Documentation: Generating invoices, manifests, and shipping labels accurately.
Order Fulfillment: Physically picking the correct items from stock and packing them securely for transit.
Inventory Coordination: Ensuring the inventory levels are updated after packing.
Handover: Coordinating with courier partners for daily order pickups.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (browsing, downloading files, and printing).
Ability to handle physical packing and labeling of products.
Punctuality and high attention to detail to ensure customers receive the correct items.
A positive "ready-to-learn" attitude.
