We are looking for a reliable and organized Back Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth internal functioning by handling data management, documentation, coordination, and backend support for various departments.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately
Handle data entry, billing, invoices, and reports
Assist in documentation, paperwork, and record-keeping
Coordinate with front office, sales, HR, and management teams
Process emails, internal communication, and follow-ups
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Support HR tasks such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation
Ensure confidentiality of company data and documents
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Graduation or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of office procedures
Experience in back office or administrative roles
Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems
Basic accounting or billing knowledge
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day (Sunday)
