To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, coordination, and communication within and outside the organization.
Manage and organize the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the MD.
Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate and assist in strategic planning and project tracking.
Manage office communication and ensure smooth workflow in the MD’s office.
Support HR and administrative activities as assigned.
Screen phone calls, emails, and messages; respond on behalf of the MD when necessary.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional behavior and confidentiality.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
