Key Responsibilities:
Tendering & Documentation Support
Assist in preparation of tender documents, formats, annexures, schedules, and checklists.
Advanced formatting of documents in MS Word (alignment, styles, tables, headers & footers, page layout).
Preparation and updating of Excel sheets for BOQs, financial formats, data entry, summaries, and trackers.
Compilation and organization of technical and commercial bid submissions.
Convert documents into submission-ready PDF formats.
Maintain proper digital and physical records of tender documents and submissions.
Back Office & Administrative Support
Data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Maintain internal trackers, logs, and MIS sheets.
Printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and uploading documents.
Internal coordination and follow-up for documents and approvals.
General office administration and clerical support.
Assisting seniors in documentation and office coordination work
