Electrical Masters is a growing electrical and solar solutions company, committed to delivering high-quality installations and excellent customer service. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messages
Coordinate with technicians, installers, and internal teams to schedule jobs
Provide customers with updates on installations, service calls, and timelines
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Maintain accurate customer records and job notes in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after installation or service
Assist with basic documentation, invoices, and compliance-related communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (emails, spreadsheets, CRM or job management systems)
Professional attitude with a positive and calm approach
Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or office support (preferred)
Experience in electrical, solar, or trade-based companies
Knowledge of scheduling or job coordination
Familiarity with Australian customer service standards (if applicable)
