Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations and employee coordination.
Ensure proper cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the office space.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Handle bank-related tasks (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, documentation) on behalf of the company.
Coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and courier management.
Assist in organizing small in-office events or meetings.
