Responsible for handling administrative and support tasks in the back office, maintaining data records, and assisting in daily operations using computer system. We are looking for a Back Office Computer Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate should be proficient in computer operations, data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communication.
Coordinate with field staff, vendors, and clients for follow-ups.
Assist in billing, invoicing, and maintaining financial records (if required).
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of office data.
Support the HR / Admin / Accounts team as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
