Key Responsibilities: A Back Office Assistant is responsible for supporting daily business operations while contributing to business development activities. The role includes assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records. Additionally, the assistant helps manage and guide team members to improve performance, ensure productivity job roles are IC,RP,ARP,SRP,CRP. . Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working.
