About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Executive who can manage end-to-end client projects, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely delivery, and support internal operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Project Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, timelines, and requirements.
Understand client needs and convert them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for approvals, clarifications, and feedback.
Prepare project progress reports and share weekly updates with clients.
Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Internal Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Operations, Sales, etc.) for project execution.
Assign tasks to internal team members and ensure clear workflow communication.
Track progress of internal work and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain project dashboards, Excel sheets, trackers, and reports.
Assist in process improvement and help streamline internal operations.
Ensure quality check before delivering any project to clients.
Administrative & Support Tasks
Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and share action items.
Maintain project-related documents, agreements, and communication logs.
Support internal activities like reporting, compliance, and coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project tracking tools (Trello/Asana/Notion preferred).
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
