Handle data entry, record management, and documentation work.
Maintain and update customer details, sales records, and inventory reports.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Coordinate with clients and vendors via email/phone for order updates.
Assist in processing online orders, packing lists, and shipment tracking.
Manage daily office operations and support the sales & operations team.
Ensure accuracy of data and maintain confidential information.
Perform follow-ups with logistics partners for deliveries/pickups.
Maintain spreadsheets and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks within timelines.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Knowledge of emailing and basic office procedures.
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role is an advantage.

Training Location (First 3 Months):
C-3/43 Yamuna Vihar, Delhi
The candidate will undergo 3 months of training at the Yamuna Vihar office to understand complete backend operations, communication process, and order handling systems.
