Back Office Assistant Intern

We are looking for a School Outreach & Onboarding Intern to join our team at VidyaOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. The role involves connecting with schools, guiding them through onboarding on our digital platform, supporting accurate information collection and Profile creation. The position offers a Stipend of ₹3000 - 5,000 per month (In Hand) + Performance-Based Incentives upto 4,000 + Internship Certificate and strong opportunities for learning and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that school data and onboarding details remain accurate, updated, and contribute to smooth onboarding operations through Calling.
Verify information shared by schools, make necessary corrections, and identify missing or incorrect details in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain digital records of contacted schools, onboarded institutions, and .
Generate daily and weekly reports on outreach activities, onboarding progress, and follow-ups to help internal teams in decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of school data, contact details, and sensitive business information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Fresh Graduates.
The role requires excellent communication skills
MS office and MS Excel Knowledge is must
Tele calling and social Media Knowledge is preferred.
attention to detail, a high level of accuracy in data handling, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to interact with school authorities.
Candidates must be open to working Monday to Saturday (9:00–5:30).
