Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction across mutual fund distribution and insurance partnerships. This role is pivotal in streamlining processes, managing teams, and supporting sustainable growth while maintaining Shelter Money Finserv’s reputation for transparency and quick client response.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations including client onboarding, transaction processing, and compliance with SEBI/IRDAI guidelines.Team Management: Supervise and mentor operations staff, admin, and relationship managers to ensure productivity and service excellence.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement workflow automation, and adopt technology for better client servicing.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain audit readiness, and mitigate operational risks.
Client Servicing: Support relationship managers in delivering seamless client experiences, with a focus on senior citizen investors.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare MIS reports on AUM growth, SIP inflows, and operational KPIs for management review.Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with insurance partners (HDFC ERGO, Niva Bupa, ICICI Lombard) and mutual fund houses for smooth operations.Event Support: Assist in planning and executing client education sessions and corporate events.
