Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and documentation
Maintain records, files, and office data
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, letters, and basic presentations
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
Support management with administrative requirements
2–4 years of experience as Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator / Admin Executive
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and attention to detail
