Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with experience in handling
government tenders and GeM portal activities, preferably in the medical devices or diagnostics
sector. The role involves end-to-end tender documentation, portal filings, and assisting the Tender
Manager in all tender-related and GeM activities for medical devices and rapid diagnostic test
cards.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and monitor government tenders related to medical devices, IVD kits, and rapid test
cards from GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documents (technical & commercial) as per
tender requirements
• Upload bids, certificates, and compliance documents on government portals and GeM within
deadlines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tender requirements such as CDSCO, ISO 13485,
GMP, CE, BIS, and other applicable certifications
• Assist the Manager in tender evaluation, bid strategy, pricing coordination, and
documentation review
• Coordinate with production, QA/RA, accounts, and logistics teams for technical details and
statutory documents
• Handle pre-bid meetings, raise queries, track corrigenda, and manage tender amendments
• Maintain detailed records of tenders submitted, bid status, results, and awarded contracts
• Support GeM activities including product listing, catalogue management, BOQ bids, reverse
auctions, order acceptance, and delivery tracking
• Assist in post-tender activities such as performance bank guarantees (PBG), agreement
execution, and compliance submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science / Commerce / Business Administration
preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in government tenders and GeM portal handling• Prior experience in medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal, CPPP, and state government tender portals
• Good understanding of medical device tender documentation and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office, PDF documentation, and online portal uploads
• High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
• Good communication and coordination
