Monthly Fixed Salary: Rs 21000 /- per month in Hand + Attractive Incentives given based on Performance
Probation Period: 2 Months
Working time: 10.00 am to 6 pm
Working days: Weekends are working and rotational weekly off will be given on any week-day from Monday to Friday
Paid Leaves: 12 Paid leaves per year (Per month 1 paid leaves). Please note that the showrrom will remain open on all public holidays like dasehara , Diwali, gudhi padawa , 15th August, 26th January or etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Fill up data, maintain, and regularly update Excel sheets with accurate data
• Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
• Manage planners, trackers, and daily/weekly reports
• Assist in vendor coordination, office supplies & inventory management
• Draft, send, and respond to official emails; ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist in scheduling meetings, tasks, and appointments
• Set reminders and support teams with deadline tracking
• Maintain proper documentation and records in an organized manner
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates and task completion
• Manage Google calendar of the Director , appointments and give reminders
• Support admin tasks such as attendance, employee records, and onboarding formalities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
