We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration and coordination.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks.
Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in administration or office management (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
