Key Responsibilities

• Manage office administration and daily operations

• Maintain and organize property files, contracts, and client records

• Prepare basic documents such as listings, agreements, invoices, and reports

• Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings

• Support real estate client with administrative tasks and follow-ups

• Maintain databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets

• Liaise with banks, developers, and service providers as required

• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

• Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

· Support real estate clients with administrative tasks and follow-ups

· Maintain databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets

· Liaise with banks, developers, and service providers as required

· Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

· Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

· Conduct field work including site visits, client office visits, and coordination at property locations

· Visit banks and financial institutions for documentation, verification, and follow-ups

· Handle document collection, submission, and handover to clients, banks, and authorities

· Assist clients with paperwork during registrations, approvals, and transactions

Coordinate with clients in person for signing, document clarification, and deal closure support
