We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage accounts support, export documentation, and day-to-day office coordination at Sun Gold Chemicals.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Support
Prepare purchase and sales entries
Maintain invoices, vouchers, and payment records
Coordinate with CA/accountant when required
Follow up for receivables and payment status
Export Documentation
Prepare export-related documents such as Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL instructions, etc.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and customers
Ensure timely and accurate documentation for shipments
Office Administration
Handle routine office coordination and documentation
Maintain files, records, and data properly
Support management with operational tasks
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
