🚧 Hiring: Planning & Monitoring Engineer

📍 Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

💰 Salary: Based on current CTC, skillset, and experience

We are looking for a Planning & Monitoring Engineer with experience in construction project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and project coordination.

🎓 Qualification:
• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
• Monitor project progress and compare planned vs. actual work
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR)
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Track project milestones and identify delays
• Assist in resource planning and project execution
• Prepare MIS reports and project dashboards

🛠️ Skills Required:
• Primavera P6
• MS Project
• Advanced MS Excel
• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Progress Monitoring & Tracking
• MIS Reporting
• Construction Coordination
• BOQ & Quantity Tracking (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
