2D/3D Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.

• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client and business requirements.

• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and project execution teams.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.

• Mentor and manage the architecture team.

• Conduct client presentations and design discussions.

• Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

• 8–15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in residential villa, apartment, and commercial projects.

• Knowledge of construction methodologies and statutory approvals.

Preferred Skills

• Strong design portfolio.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
