Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily office operations and administrative work
Coordinate with architects, site team, vendors, and clients
Maintain project files, records, and documentation
Follow up on work schedules, site updates, and reports
Assist in billing, invoices, and basic MIS reports
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Support management in day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Experience in architecture / construction firm is a plus
