We’re Hiring | Junior Architect (Project In-Charge)

Plot-11, Block-D, Sector-48, Gurugram, Haryana 122001
Experience: Minimum 1 year (excluding internship)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Architect (Project In-Charge) who can independently handle architectural and interior design aspects of projects under the guidance of senior architects. The role involves design development, coordination, site supervision, and execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Principal Architect and design teams

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, architectural designs, and construction drawings

• Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per drawings and quality standards

• Assist in site evaluation, design checks, and quality control

• Coordinate with production, dispatch teams, and vendors

• Plan and release material orders while managing timelines

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

• Knowledge of interior detailing and execution drawings

• Ability to prepare BOQs and basic cost estimates

• Understanding of site execution and quality control

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and specifications

• Good coordination and communication skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture

Compensation:
CTC INR 3.5 – 4.5 LPA (based on competency)
