Role Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Dubai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, creating detailed drawings and BOQs, and overseeing the implementation of the design. Candidate should hold a minimum of 1 year experience in the UAE market with a good grip over 2D & 3D softwares. Roles and Responsibilities: - Creative Excellence: Utilize your innovative thinking to craft designs that resonate with clients' visions. Regular communication with clients is key to refining and adjusting designs based on their feedback. - Sales Management: Take ownership of the sales funnel and drive successful sales closures. - Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients throughout the project. - Design Quality: Lead and maintain the highest quality and accuracy in design deliverables. - Project Lifecycle: Manage projects from inception to completion with efficiency. - Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Interior Designer in UAE, with at least 3 to 5 residential projects delivered. - Design Tools Proficiency: Mastery of design tools, PowerPoint presentations, and AutoCAD. Design Expertise: - Conceptual Design: Skilled in layout, style, and mood board creation. - Technical Design: Strong knowledge of materials, execution, and drawing preparation. - Modular Design: Expertise in materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning. - Civil Works & Services: Familiar with specifications and installation details. - Project Management: Proficient in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and coordinating with various agencies. - Sales Expertise: Capable of driving sales closure with persuasive and trusted sales pitches and leading design meetings.
