Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.

Resolve operational problems and address worker concerns.
Verify completed work and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (often preferred).
Relevant experience in construction or site management.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project reporting and basic computer applications.
