Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Reports To: Project Manager / Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site activities related to interior fit-out works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior fit-out activities such as:

  • False ceiling installation

  • Flooring and tiling works

  • Painting and polishing

  • Carpentry and joinery

  • Electrical and plumbing finishing works

  • Furniture and fixture installation

• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Interpret and execute drawings, layouts, and specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

• Ensure materials are available as per project requirements.

• Maintain daily site reports and progress documentation.

• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies.

• Verify measurements and quantities for billing and procurement purposes.

• Attend project meetings and provide status updates.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.

• Knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation techniques.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

• Familiarity with project management and site coordination.
