Job Description

We are looking for a Interior Designer to join our team at Designspace to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.

Site & Project Management Responsibilities

Execute projects on-site as per approved drawings and timelines
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
Track project progress, timelines, and costs
Handle site measurements, billing, and material planning
Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow
Ensure safety standards and compliance
