• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and continuously identify new vendors offering better rates and terms.
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and discounts to maximize cost efficiency.
• Research market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new interior products to improve procurement decisions.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and material usage across sites.
• Monitor and track vendor payments, ensuring timely settlements and reconciliation.
• Coordinate closely with Site Supervisors to resolve material shortages, replacements, or urgent site requirements.
• Maintain a curated vendor database with comparative pricing and performance records.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with project budgets and timelines.
• Handle bulk purchasing and deal negotiations for high-value or repeat materials.
