job summary -
We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Engineer – Civil to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution as per approved drawings, and achieve project targets within the planned timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and execute daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Quality Engineer, contractors, vendors, and procurement team.
• Ensure quality standards, site safety, and proper construction practices.
• Maintain accurate Daily Work Reports (DWR), site measurements, manpower records, and material consumption reports.
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Identify site issues, suggest practical solutions, and report delays or technical discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with management instructions.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, BOQ, quality standards, and site execution.
