Position - Trainee Accountant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant with up to 6 months of experience to join our finance team. The candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist in bookkeeping and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping records
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger verification
Handle data entry in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
Assist in preparing MIS and financial reports
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 0–6 months of accounting experience or internship experience Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation Knowledge of Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel Good communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of GST filing and TDS Ability to work in a team environment Time management and problem-solving skills
