We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven professional to manage taxation, accounting, and corporate legal compliances.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, MCA compliance, corporate documentation, and regulatory registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Taxation & GST Compliance-

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-4, CMP-08)

• Assistance in GST annual return filings (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, GSTR-9A)

• GST registration, amendments, surrender, and cancellation processes

• Filing of Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnership Firms, Companies, and other entities

• PAN, TAN, and related tax registrations

B. Accounting & Financial Reporting-

• Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally (sales, purchase, input/output entries)

• Journal entries, voucher entries, inventory accounting, and bank reconciliation

• Preparation of Balance Sheets and financial statements

• Assisting in reconciliation and periodic financial reporting

C. Corporate & Legal Compliance-

• Incorporation of Companies and LLPs (including specialized entities)

• Filing of MCA forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, INC-20A, INC-22, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, etc.)

• Drafting of Board Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, and compliance documents under Companies Act, 2013

• Creation of MCA IDs, DSC generation, and compliance management

• Drafting clarification letters and replies to regulatory authorities

D. Regulatory Registrations & Other Compliance-

• Registration under MSME, Shop & Establishment (Shop Act), Import Export Code (IEC)

• NITI Aayog and CSR-related registrations

• Documentation review and compliance tracking

• Client coordination and advisory support
