The endeavor is to continuously keep raising the bar in terms of audit quality, experience for our people, and adoption of better technology. • Assist the team in providing tax advice, which ensures optimum tax benefits for both the employer and employee. • Assist the team in compilation of data/documents relating to entry meetings, services relating to local registrations, filing personal tax returns, other required compliances • Assist in filing /document management from an internal review perspective. • Assist in compensation structuring, advising on both domestic and cross border employee stock option plans. • Assist the team in computing payroll/withholding tax compliance • Assist in other compliance services relating to setting up of liaison offices, preparation and filing of personal tax returns, visa assistance, social security assistance etc. • Compliance with firm's internal risk management policies and client administration • Ensure proficiency with firm's internal tools and technologies to upload client deliverables, etc • Preparing power point presentation on client deliverables, topics for internal training, etc. • Ensure client trackers, billing trackers, are up to date and provide real time updates Equal emp loyment opportunity information B S R & Co.
