We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled TallyPrime Support Executive to provide functional and technical support to TallyPrime users. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, troubleshooting software issues, assisting with installation and configuration, and providing guidance on TallyPrime features.

• Provide phone, remote and onsite support to TallyPrime customers.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot TallyPrime software.
• Resolve issues related to Accounting, GST, Inventory, Payroll and Reports.
• Assist customers with data backup, restoration and data migration.
• Provide user training and explain TallyPrime features and functionalities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable Tally solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
• Maintain customer support records and follow up on pending issues.
• Assist in TallyPrime implementation and software setup at client locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / B.Com preferred.
• Good knowledge of TallyPrime and basic accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of GST and Inventory Management will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Computer Operations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Freshers with good TallyPrime knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Experience

0–2 Years of experience in TallyPrime Support, Accounting Software Support or Customer Support.
