Job Summary

We are looking for a Tally Support Executive responsible for providing technical and functional support for Tally ERP/Tally Prime users. The candidate should assist clients with installation, troubleshooting, data management, GST compliance, and basic accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Tally.ERP 9 and TallyPrime
Provide remote and onsite support to customers
Troubleshoot accounting, GST, and taxation-related issues in Tally
Manage data backup, restore, and data migration
Handle Tally synchronization and multi-user setup
Generate financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, GST reports, etc.)
Assist clients with Tally customization (basic level)
Coordinate with internal teams for complex technical issues
Maintain support tickets and documentation

Required Skills

Good knowledge of accounting principles
Strong understanding of GST and Indian taxation
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability

Qualification

B.Com / BBA / M.Com (Preferred)
Certification in Tally (added advantage)
0–3 years of experience in Tally support or accounting
