Tally Executive

Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Junior Accounts Executive Department: Accounts / Finance Location: Masjid Bunder, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Junior Accounts Executive to support daily accounting and office finance operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Accounts with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: ● Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally. ● Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records. ● Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic bills. ● Update daily records in Excel sheets. ● Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger checking. ● Maintain petty cash records and expense entries. ● Support GST-related documentation and basic filing. ● Organize accounting documents and records properly. ● Coordinate with senior accounts team for daily tasks. ● Ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Required Skills: ● Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel ● Basic accounting knowledge ● Good data entry speed and accuracy ● Basic communication skills ● Honest, punctual, and willing to learn Qualification: ● Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred ● Commerce background preferred Experience Required: ● 6 Months to 1 Year experience in Accounts / Billing / Data Entry Job Location: Masjid Bunder, Mumbai Preferred Candidate: Candidates staying near Masjid Bunder / South Mumbai / Byculla / CST / Dongri / Bhendi Bazaar / Mazgaon preferred.
