" Job Description & Summary A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. •Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and coordinate the SAP AMS team responsible for application support, incident and problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment across SAP modules. Ensure consistent delivery of SAP AMS support services meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand SAP-related business processes and requirements to provide effective AMS solutions. Manage end-to-end SAP AMS service delivery, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance. Serve as the primary interface between business users, technical teams, and external vendors for SAP AMS services. Implement and improve SAP AMS processes based on ITIL framework and industry best practices. Oversee knowledge management, documentation, and training related to SAP AMS operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP landscape performance, reduce incidents, and enhance user experience. Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and budgets associated with SAP AMS. Ensure SAP AMS compliance with security policies, audit guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on AMS service performance, risks, issues, and improvement plans to senior management. Support SAP upgrades, patching cycles, and integration projects from an AMS perspective. Provide leadership, motivation, and career development opportunities for the AMS team. • Mandatory skill sets Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP AMS, SAP support, or SAP Basis/Application operations. Proven experience managing AMS teams and SAP support operations. Strong understanding of SAP modules (especially SD, MM, FICO, or relevant modules) and SAP landscape architecture. Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working with ITSM tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience working with SAP Solution Manager or other AMS management tools is preferred. SAP certification(s) is a plus. •Preferred skill sets Strong leadership and team management capabilities . Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to SAP applications. Customer-oriented with a focus on service delivery excellence. Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
