Senior Manager - F&A Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis: Monitor and manage budgetary processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reports including balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage Internal/ External Audits and ensure timely submission of response to audit observations and completion of Audit in time bound manner Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and enhance financial systems to streamline processes. Continuously improve financial and accounting processes for efficiency. Cost Management: Analyze Capex and Opex spend. Monitor and control expenditures within approved budgets. Ensure compliance to contracts entered with Vendors, Government. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) 10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
