The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Income Tax -Prepare workings, cross-reconciliations, for Income Tax or departmental queries Including Defective Returns [u/s 139(9)], Inquiries [u/s 142(1)], Intimations [u/s 143(1)], Scrutiny Assessments [u/s 143(2)], Income Escaping Assessment [u/s 148], and Demand/Refund Adjustments [u/s 156 & 245].
GST Notices- Ensure timely Preparation of workings, cross-reconciliations and Tracking of the Cases
Oversee the accurate filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and drive the end-to-end reconciliation and filing of Annual Returns (GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C).
Detailed Knowledge of TDS payments, return filings, and resolve outstanding TDS defaults, demands, or notices.
Formulate and finalize comprehensive Tax Audit Annexures and schedules for statutory auditors
Support of CMA and Projected Balance Sheet needed, along with working/support for Monthly MIS and Tax Deduction working.
Coordination for Actual Report for Gratuity Provision and Knowledge of Gratuity , PF ,ESIC & New Pension Scheme
Ensure timely preparation and compliance submission of monthly statistical reports for the Delhi and Rajasthan operational units
Prepare detailed sales reports, financial metrics, and revenue analysis to support senior management review.
Maintain a centralized insurance repository, track policy renewals, and coordinate with insurers or brokers to minimize corporate risk.
Compile information and prepare files for compliance documentation for the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
Compile information and prepare files for annual Credit Rating assessments
Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly stock statements and financial data, and provide complete coordination support during bank stock audits.
Manage foreign exchange documentation and coordinate effectively with banks for inward and outward foreign remittances.
Handle the documentation, end-to-end tracking, timely renewal follow-ups, and submissions for Bank Guarantees (BGs).
Prepare necessary banking documentation and maintain active liaison with banks to ensure smooth processing of credit limits, working capital approvals, and required submissions.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience.
