Senior Capital Market Operations Manager

Operations Team Member_Capital Market Operation_0114_1502_1054025 Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations for Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, IPO, Demat, Corporate Actions, and Custody-related processes. Drive operational efficiency, productivity enhancement, and process transformation initiatives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements prescribed by SEBI, Exchanges, Depositories, and internal compliance guidelines. Monitor transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, exception management, and risk controls. Lead process reviews, audits, compliance assessments, and closure of audit observations. Manage operational risks through strong governance, controls, and escalation mechanisms. Collaborate with Business, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders for process enhancements. Drive automation, digitization, and straight-through-processing (STP) initiatives. Monitor service levels, MIS reporting, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs. Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Lead, mentor, and develop a large operations team while driving employee engagement and performance management. Support strategic projects, new product launches, and regulatory changes impacting operations. Eligibility Criteria Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline. 10-15 years of experience in Capital Market Operations with strong exposure to settlements, clearing, custody, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting. Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple processes. Strong understanding of NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, SEBI regulations, and capital market products. Experience in process automation, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people management skills.
