Job Description Process - Order to Cash & ICO Sub - processes in Scope: Customer Master Data (setup and Modification) Billing Cash Application Collections and Customer Service. Month End Reporting and Reconciliations Activities Evaluation Parameters Sr. Associate Ops Total Work Experience (in years) - 1-3 Yrs. Educational + Professional Qualifications: Accounting Degree Commerce Graduate Domain Knowledge and Experience - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferable in AR & ICO area. Working knowledge in any ERP platform. Good knowledge of excel. Good accounting knowledge. Team Management Skills Roles and Responsibilities: Create Customer and Modify (if required). Raise accurate Billing Invoices. Posts customer payments by recording cash checks and credit card transactions. Call or email customer to collect outstanding invoices. Preparation of Cash Application Report. Report unapplied entries. Dunning letters and preparation of Statement of Account Language Capability: English Domestic and International.
