Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Senior Accountant / Finance Professional to

oversee end-to-end accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and cash flow

management for our rental and workspace business.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, financial controls, and

statutory compliance, along with hands-on experience in managing rental income accounting,

lease-related transactions, receivables, and commercial property finances.

Candidates with backgrounds as Senior Accountants, Finance Managers, CA Inter, Chartered

Accountants (CA), or CFO-level professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations,

and finalization of accounts.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

• Manage rental billing, lease accounting, security deposits, escalations, and revenue recognition.

• Track occupancy-wise revenue, collections, and outstanding receivables.

• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations.

• Manage TDS deductions, payments, return filings, and Form 16/16A issuance.

• Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and aging reports.

• Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor cash flow.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Coordinate internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits.

• Oversee payroll accounting, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and related compliances.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com (Mandatory)

• M.Com / CA Inter / Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred

• MBA Finance is an added advantage

Experience Required

• 3–10 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.

• Experience in rental business, commercial real estate, coworking spaces, managed offices, or

facility management preferred.

Technical Skills

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting)

• GST Compliance

• TDS Compliance

• Financial Reporting & Finalization of Accounts

Compensation

Salary will be based on relevant experience, current CTC, industry expertise, and proficiency in

Rental Accounting, GST, TDS, and Financial Management.
