Senior Accountant

Urgent requirement for Accounts Manager in Youngstone Projects India LLP.

Position: Accounts Manager
Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai (Looking for nearby navi mumbai candidates only)

Experience Required: Minimum 5yrs as Accountant.

Salary budget: Upto 25000 to 30000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Develop, manage, and track budgets for interior projects.

• Provide financial forecasts to aid in project planning and resource allocation.

• Cost Management:

• Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with the approved budget.

• Analyze cost reports and make recommendations for optimizing financial efficiency.

• Tax Compliance & Auditing:

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other tax-related returns.

• Assist with audits, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Vendor & Client Liaison:

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments, project cost tracking, and maintaining transparent financial relationships.

• Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

• Payroll Management:

• Oversee payroll processing and maintain records for salaries, bonuses, and deductions.

• MIS Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial reports for the management team.

• Conduct variance analysis on monthly financial performance.

• Banking & Financial Relationships:

• Manage relationships with banks, handle financial transactions, and ensure optimal fund management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in handling finances for interior design or construction projects.

• Strong understanding of project-based financial management, vendor relations, and cost control.
