We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at Sealink Adventures Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 + Accomodation and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversees end-to-end bookkeeping, month-end ledger closures, and the finalisation of Balance Sheets and P&L statements.
Taxation & Compliance: Handles monthly GST and TDS filings, tracks Input Tax Credits (ITC), and coordinates annual statutory audits.
Reconciliations: Manages complex bank, vendor, and revenue reconciliations using advanced Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Team Leadership: Supervise junior accounting staff and generate critical financial data insights directly for executive management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
