Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 48)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, payment follow-up & collections, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience in the logistics, warehousing, or 3PL industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.

• Verify billing data and ensure compliance with customer agreements.

• Resolve invoice-related discrepancies with clients and internal teams.

Payment Follow-up & Collections

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments through calls and emails.

• Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing reports.

• Ensure timely collections as per agreed credit terms.

• Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams to resolve payment issues.

• Reconcile customer payments against invoices.

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries.

• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

• Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Assist in financial reporting and audit requirements.

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST compliance, return filing support, and reconciliations.

• Ensure TDS calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.

• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and government regulations.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.

• Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or 3PL industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience in Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Payment Collections.

• Proficiency in Tally, Busy, ERP, or other accounting software.

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• Excellent communication, email drafting, and follow-up skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
